An Oversize Load Permit is required for the transportation of loads on County Roads that exceed the limits prescribed in the Highway Traffic Act. <<>> The personal information collected on this form is for the purpose of the proper administration of Oversized Load Moving Permits. Oversize Load - Annual Details

List all the applicable MTO permit numbers as they are to appear on your Dufferin County Permit.
In order to receive Dufferin County issued permits the applicant must provide proof of a valid insurance certificate naming the County of Dufferin as additional insured with minimum 5 million dollars ($5,000,000.00) which must include Commercial General Liability (CGL), General Aggregate coverage. This coverage must remain valid for the duration of the permit. You may upload the certificate below.
